Approach:

Step 1: Claiming and Verifying the GMB Profile
The first action was to claim the GMB listing, as it was either unclaimed or improperly verified. Once verified, we moved forward with optimizations to improve its visibility.

Step 2: GMB Profile Optimization
We thoroughly optimized the profile to ensure it was complete and highly relevant for local search:

  • Business Information: Updated the business name, address, and phone number (NAP) to be consistent with the MedSpa’s website and other local directories.
  • Service Categories: The primary category was set to “Medical Spa,” and secondary categories were added, such as “Botox Service” and “Laser Hair Removal.”
